The Source Water Collaborative
This is a group of organizations nationwide that have worked together on a variety of projects to protect drinking water at its source, whether that be wells or surface water. It may be possible to explore the resources on their website to come up with ways to prevent salt water intrusion in coastal aquifers. See Saltwater in Coastal Carolina Aquifers for more information on this problem.
